Trainings/Workshops
A "left" and "right" brained approach to learning the key “technical” skills in leadership. Each workshop will be conducted in two layers;. The first layer will be establishing the core knowledge areas through a more traditional approach to learning, either an online or in person setting. The second layer will be a non-traditional experiential modality of interactivity through Improv Theatre, Role Plays, Working with Horses, or other forms of "play". The second layer is what integrates the knowledge with social and emotional intelligence. We think the experiential part is the most fun part of the training!
Art and Science of Negotiation - learn the key elements of the negotiation dance, how to prepare for the negotiation and the differences between how men and women approach negotiation.
Communication - Basic framework plus understanding elements important when communicating internally, externally to stakeholders, when in a time of change, and in conflict.
Teamwork - Frameworks for hiring for "fit"; when to develop or when to let someone go; creating dynamic and collaborative teams.
Financial Management - how to understand the story behind the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow and other key financial measurements of the health of your company/work.
